You’re not gonna find any rainbow bagels here, pal. But what you will find are crunchy, chewy, toothsome bagels made in the old school style: hand-rolled, cold-fermented, and kettled in malt syrup. We don’t mess around too much with the classic toppings: sesame, poppy, everything, and our take on the salt bagel-the Polska, with sea salt, butcher’s pepper, nigella, and caraway seeds. Occasionally we might get a little experimental and you’ll find some special varieties…but nothing too crazy. If it ain’t broke, as they say…
